Every time a stayed sentence is issued, more and more innocent victims are created. These judges need to be impeached. Get rid of them by any legal means available. Governors can remove them in some states.

We're having this problem in Canada now as well. Violent repeat offenders are out on bail. The same 60 people were arrested 4000 times in one year in one city. Its beyond insane.
