  1. There is one thing I don't agree with in this video, you didn't go into the full extent of why making your bed is beneficial.
    1. It takes discipline, he did mention this one in the video, making your bed doesn't just happen, people actually have to try and counter their feeling to make it.
    2. It makes it less likely for you to get back into bed and start scrolling
    3. Making your bed allows you to do things which require discipline later in the day much easier. This is because it starts a chain of events which takes discipline. Not making your bed can lead to just crawling back on there, start scrolling, and now you don't feel motivated to do anything. Making your bed on the other hand, you make it, you go brush your teeth and eat breakfast with your mind so clear, so its more likely you will make the right choice of breakfast, strawberries instead of cereal. From there, the quality of what you eat impacts so much of how your day will go.

    Edit: I realized this might be criticizing the video, so I wanna be clear I don't mean any disrespect, I just wanted to expand on what you said. Great video, it gave me so much value

  2. I’m 14 right now and I started to do push ups, curls and crutches multiple times a day until failure because I felt fat. I’m in day 15 now and I think I’m starting to see result, a smaller gut, bigger biceps, more defined pecs and my triceps feel much bigger now. This video has helped me to stay on that grind because I want to see myself at that day 30 mark to see my progress.

  8. Yeah when i was in 6th grade one if my teachers did a delayed gratification lesson and gave us a gummy worm. If we didnt eat it throughout the whole day, she would give us another one the next day. If we ate it, you wouldnt get another one
