I tried these today with 10 lb dumbbells and they did nothing for me. I’m not a big guy, at all. Not even CLOSE to how big John is. I ended up doing 3 sets of 15 reps. Maybe I wasn’t doing them right. But watching this video, I don’t see him doing anything I wasn’t doing, so I don’t know. Maybe I’ll slow down more and see if I feel it more. It felt like it was hitting my traps more than my delts.
Just finished my shoulder workout with these. A set of 10 and a set of 5. Wow! On fire!

Looks good but don't you usually do it standing up that's how I do it what's the difference if you're sitting down
I want more side delts. My front delts is pretty developed checked in the mirrors recently and I knew I had more work to do on my side delt. Rear seems pretty developed too

I love your work , but this is a pointless exercise . So many others to choose from that can exhaust the target areas a lot more effectively . If it targets front delts most then then target front delts . The time you’d save you could hit the other to heads
