  1. The problem I face is should i stick to a program with same movements and change 6 monthly or dont have a program but try to use as much exercises weekly rotating or monthly for different body parts grouped

  2. I vouch for Vivo. I bought my first one 2 years ago, now I own 4 pairs of Vivo shoes. They are perfect. I'd suggest looking around on Revivo first though. *MUCH* cheaper, same quality. I ordered all my shoes from Vivo and only 1 had a small problem with the laces, and there was a discoloring on another one.

  6. Someone who can do a Turkish getup with a 48 kg bell for one rep on each side would be a much more formidable opponent in combat than someone who bench presses 315 lbs. The TGU may not be for top end strength, but not a lot of people can do it with 100 lbs in one hand, either.
