They should have been fined instead of arrested. The arrest was beyond unnecessary.
What was actually achieved with this police work showcased in this video in exchange for resources and taxpayer funds used? Lot of drama over some kids drinking beer, I bet those same officers have been drinking on that beach when they were young.
