  2. I dont know about discarding number 4.. it's absolutely bang on for me. My metabolism shuts down hard at night and any calories (especially sugar) consumed by me at night absolutely destroys my program.

  3. I adopted this program for diet and training but I didn't lose weight. HOWEVER, I reduced my body fat from 23% to 15% and increased my muscle mass by 15%. So I traded fat for muscle. At 57 I am lifting more now than at any time in my life. I feel great. This worked for me.

  4. NO ONE … can adequatly explain EXACTLY WHY water intake is associated with weight/fat loss.

Ive asked many experts and all they say is some variant of 'its essential' but NONE have given me an adequate answer as to WHY … what is the exact process that excess hydration triggers to assist fat loss?

No one knows, its a darn mystery. Anyone reading this want to try explaining what the process is, exactly?

WHY and HOW does drinking {excess = beyond natural thirst} water aid in fat loss ?

    Anyone?

  5. The simplest formula to get ripped:

    1. Eat at a small caloric deficit, 200-300 calories max

    2. Eat at least 1g/lb of protein per day

    3. Walk 2 miles a day

The fat will fly off and you won’t lose any muscle, and in many cases will gain muscle.

  6. 100 percent agree you have find what works for you that you can sustain. 20 years ago I realized I dont have 2 hours to drive to a gym.bought my own equipt. Cut my workout time down to what I knew I could manage. Stopped listening to the new trends and did what gave me results. Great advice here Ive learned a lot to improve my technique

  7. It became so much simpler when I stopped biking 4 days a week, and started strength training during the week and just doing longer bike rides only on the weekend. Vastly better results. Cooking at least one more day per week helped immensely too, lol.

  8. 100% correct!!
As a 65 year old that was somewhat athletic when young, but over the years I have been fat … not so fat … fat … etc. Due to IBS that forced a new lifetime healthy diet, I'm now, dare I say ripped 🙂 I do eat oatmeal in the morning as that was doctors orders to treat some worrying blood sugar levels but I also quite often skip and just hydrate with a protein shake. When I do that I can hit the gym in the morning and just love my time being there. Morning cortisol and sugar levels are effectively dealt with (over time) using the advice from this video. I'm an example of it.
What's this about eating massive liver portions to look like Ronnie Coleman? Where can I get this magic liver? <– kidding.

  9. You don't even know what the word "diet" means…. omfg… bro shut the f up with this crap. Don't say diet??? your diet is what you eat. It doesn't matter what it is. What do you think?the word means? I'm expecting a response. Not some fluff like "I meant this". What is the definitiok of the word "diet". Diet is probably the single most important word bodybuilders vocabulary.
