  1. This was awesome, Dr. Livingood. I wear glasses, but only to drive, readers for reading, both with blue light protection. I've been taking Astaxanthin, Lutein, and Zeaxanthin for years. As well as Omega 3. Now I take your Omegas w/Turmeric. I'll start the eye exercises starting today. And I eat berries almost daily. However, never heard of the last berry you spoke of. I gotta find that one. Thank you‼️❤️👀

  2. My sister knew someone that did head rolls in excercise class and her neck broke. She had degenerative discs in her neck. So maybe the head rolls shouldn’t be for someone with degenerative neck discs.

  3. It great to see you promoting Dr. Bates teachings about eye health. I found the Bates method years ago, and took to his teachings about glasses only being a crutch along with his many eye exercises. The Bates method took me from wearing contacts full time to only wearing them while driving, and then eventually only while driving at night. Very insightful. We take too many things for granted and need to be more aware of how we take care of ourselves, because if we don't who will. Thanks!
