Whenever you visit such abounded places like building's in the night there appears reflections your own footsteps later on turning in to different voices.In fact this man is shown in many videos. All these sound's and different voice are natural at night.
If you really want to observe than go to these places in day times.
Strange that spirits are only there in pitch dark nights.
