  1. 1st time doing this. I have a wrist that I had injured falling playing handball but I was still able to do the whole set… barely… I'm sure I'll get even better with time doing this routine.. loved it!

  2. I have finally finished beginner pull up routine and starting intermediate today. I had such poor muscle tone in my frame that my elbows would automatically hyperextend in pushup position. I can't hyperextend my elbows anymore at all. Dude I've never had shoulders before im 47. People are noticing and your routine was a tremendous help.
