  1. Ohboy. Did I like that workout? Eeeh no 😂. Am I gonna do it again. YES. Thank you for the only workouts that make me sweat in the very few minutes my toddler is sleeping or eating. ❤

  2. I love her workouts …quick and intense … not to mention her bringing up diet as a super important part of getting the body .. people don’t always know .. abs are made in the kitchen

  3. By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it bestgym.equipment around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.

  4. This a great workout. Not only it is hard for girls, but for most men too. Most guys couldn't do this without stopping. I started with 20-pound, and gradually added to 3 sets within 20-25 mins. The first month was the hardest. I had paused a lot. Now, I am using 24 and 30 pounds for 3 sets. I still need to hear Zuzka's voice as motivation. Once I started to do 30 mins of kettlebell exercise, it did change the dynamics of my body. If this is a fundraising page … I bet she can raise a lot of money for charity. My family and I all got healthier and stronger because of her. I hope one day Zuzka can post more videos for 300 kettlebell swings in real time for us to follow ; ) Great Teacher.

  7. Can I say this has been my favourite kettlebell cardio routine!!! Can use it on it's own if your short on time or as a topper to another workout. Workout starts at 3.40
