  1. My answer to Michael Liete. I am 71 yrs old man. I use a 35 lb kettlebell. For now I find I can only do the 20 swings and walk in place, swing my arms, sometimes jumping jacks between while she is doing her in between kettlebell exercises. I hope to increase my in between exercises difficulty. The point. You can do whatever exercise you can do in between. I still complete 100 kettlebell swings.

  2. Love kettlebells and with the right eating plan and a bit of effort they can transform your body shape and your overall health… I'm not saying you'll look this amazing but you it's a good start 🙂
