  2. Thank you Zuzka! You guys rock 🙂 This was a great birthday workout for me since I miss Tahoe sooooo much! great workout routine and the scenery was stunning as always. This workout was not brutal for me (I wasn't able to do elevated – no chair) but I feel super great and I feel it in my muscles. I am soooo sore from working out with you so many days in a row now. I am noticing, and so are others, that my mood has improved and I know it has to do with working out with you at the beginning of each day. Thank you for helping me stay focused and keep up with you in these workouts. Have a fabulous day! See you tomorrow 🙂

  3. I was wondering if you could do a stretching tutorial. My body is so tight and not used to motion that sometimes I can't get the full range or extension of exercises. Does that make sense? Or is stretching kind of unnecessary?
