It is difficult to imagine what sort of head in the stratosphere poorly brain conceived this story, most certainly not had their feet on the ground in quite some time. If you intend to watch this movie please give up on the idea of any sense of reality.

The low-budget special effects were often laughable and the actors kinda wooden, but the plot was engaging enough that I was willing to overlook the Tinkertoy towns and the hoagie sandwich that was their ark. With a bigger budget for better special effects and some A-list stars, this would probably have been a blockbuster movie.
