  1. Must have been 20 years or more ago that a fellow/author called Stuart McRobert worked up to 20 reps with 400lbs in the deadlift. Probably been done by many others by now, but suspect his back grew!

  2. Can you do one of these circuits for chest and connected muscle groups? I guess I dont know many exercises that work chest in a functional pattern, I'm trying to move away from training on a bench doing isolation exercises. Right now its dips and pushup variations.
