  1. Must have been 20 years or more ago that a fellow/author called Stuart McRobert worked up to 20 reps with 400lbs in the deadlift. Probably been done by many others by now, but suspect his back grew!

  2. I'm 100% sure your kettlebell swings should have been pull ups. How do you consider those the best for back. You were using core, front deltoids, and a little bit of legs.

  3. Can you do one of these circuits for chest and connected muscle groups? I guess I dont know many exercises that work chest in a functional pattern, I'm trying to move away from training on a bench doing isolation exercises. Right now its dips and pushup variations.
