  1. Hi Chloe. I'm confused about how to follow the 35 day challenge. Are we supposed to do all the excercises from Episode 1, daily for 1 week, then all exercises from Episode 2 every day in week 2, and so on?

  4. I’m doing this work out and I’m going to update each day as I go.

    Day 1: I quit half way, I was about to pass out. My legs felt like jello

    Day 2: I ate something three hours before working out and that helped me not feel like passing out. Made is 80 percent and I def feel the burn

    Day 3: my body was sore so I only
    Did the wall leg rotations. Felt
    Guilt and did some squats. Gonna go hard tomorrow tho

  5. I start tomorrow, but I have school and I make the video once a day! Then I do cardio until my buttocks decrease and my buttocks become smaller, God willing (tomorrow I will return from my school and lessons and do them and with a system I cut out snacks and fried foods 👾💦💦💦💦
