  2. So I’ve had this weird experience with this unique psoas stretch and the stretches with the lower body. I have intense experiences from combat, arise with names and flashes from my time in the Middle East. And with that there is a decrease in my amount of nightmares from those same experiences. There’s probably more science to that. But I thought that might be something he would like to know.

  3. Great for me because my lower body is very inflexible – the hip flexor stuff felt awesome
    But the kneeling can only be done when I’m sitting on my heels and even then, I really feel the stretch in my quadriceps
    I’m assuming that with practice, eventually I’ll also be able tie myself in knots
    I will certainly be coming back to this deep stretch 👏🏻
