Saw you at a dog show years ago I think one of June Williams shows. So much respect to you! Consistency has been my primary problem as many others but since March 24 I have been consistent doing some form of home calisthenics 5 days a week! And 3 meals MINIMUM! started to slow up and get bored from repetition, and stumbled upon your 20 min no equipment calisthenics workout and when I say I broke a actual sweat!!

i noticed most of the people usually quit after day 2 or 3
idk which attempt is this..but
Day 1: there is a lot of sweat on the floor.. iwas on the verge of slipping XD
Day 2: part A) shoulders were on fire in that last roof raise (~ ̄▽ ̄)~
part b) easy peasy … handstand are fav
I'm still 14 and can I have one or two days of rest or does it have to be every day until the 30th day? Please answer @BullyJuice

I followed you since the quarantines. i was obese back then. fell in love with a girl and i decided to grind up every day and follow your workouts to lose some weights.
After a year, I lost 27kg, and lost that girl to another boy.

You said the first day was cardio in the video, but in the description it is a full body workout? Is this the same thing?

I’m so proud of myself I did the day 1 workout all the way through only stopping for about 10 seconds maybe 2 or 3 times! Oh also that 20 minute stretching afterwards was amazing I woke up today and I’m not even slightly sore!
Just finished day 30, massively noticed improvement. First and last workout was the same – first time I did it I was ruined but doing it again for a second time on day 30 it was easy. Thank you man really appreciate it

This so FUCKING amazing. I tried to do it a couple months back(school happens)and finally getting a chance to do it again. One of my friends suggested it to me after it completely changed him, not just his body. Working out is such a powerful tool it can even change the mind!
