  1. I just turned 15 and I have been going to the gym for 3 months now and I can bench 67,5 kg and I can do 10 pull ups. My bw is 65kg. I work out with someone who is very experienced and we push eachother further. I recommend it to everyone.

  2. Bro wtf is that bench doing under ur as while squatting? Less range of motion, less stretch, less time under tention, ur essentially making the exercise useless, just use safeties

  3. Your idea of statistics and demographics is narrow, let us think for a bit. If you went to a supermarket and collected 100 people, do you think 10 of them will be able to do over 12 pull ups? Maybe a single person can. I do not know how it is in the USA but I can't believe that 10% of the US population can do 12 pull ups and above.. You have kids, old people, unfit adults, fit adults who can't do that much.

    Your 90% only refers to gym goers, not the general population.
