  1. Why do you have to be fake? Can't you just talk to the camera? You create a false scenerio for what? And lentils are high in protein so are beans, and there is lentil pasta with 23 g per box

  2. Non fat Greek yogurt add some honey, fruit, & a scoop of protein. 1bs of ground chicken is easy to eat and is 88g of protein. Can tun & chicken is dirt cheap & can eat it anywhere.

  3. Sometimes I make myself a protein milkshake (around ~40g Protein in 400ml), with cold milk, vanilla protein powder and two spoonfuls of vanilla ice cream or other flavors. Depending on your protein shaker, you can do it directly in it.

    This is fast and tastes really good.

    You can make the ice cream beforehand or buy cream with less sugar.
