  1. I will never shop at Target for what they did in the past. It showed that they support LGBQ-ETC and DEI as a company and can never be trusted as a American company again

  2. The Mexico lawsuit on u.s. guns…. It makes sense that katanji said no because there has been major gun trafficking to cartels…and if the S.c. ruled otherwise then that would give room for some kind of gun regulation on us somehow (the deep state would turn it into something if you get what I'm saying). Then the Catholic charities one…. Catholic charities NGO's etc. were involved in illegal aliens, child trafficking etc… so sure they shouldn't be taxed …but they're involved in illegal activity as well.

  3. I'm a straight, white male. A few years back, I interviewed with Procter & Gamble for an attorney position at their HQ. They told me that if I checked the "Native American" box on a re-submitted application, they would never bring it up again, and I would get the job. Because, unlike the despicable Liz Warren, I have some ethics, I refused to build my career on a lie that I am Native American.

They aren't the only ones. I served in the first Trump Administration. At one point, the White House was considering me for a judicial position on the 9th Circuit. Don McGhan's White House Counsel's office told me that I couldn't be nominated because I'm a white male (FYI, almost no one in McGhan's office was remotely interested in pushing the president's agenda). Indeed, when I interviewed for another judicial position at the White House under Trump I, I was told by the White House counsel's office that my views were too similar to the president's views. Let that sink in. I digress….

Going way back in time, Columbia University told me in 1993 that I should not bother to apply to their Political Science PhD program because I, as a conservative white male, would never be hired in modern academia. Therefore, there was no point in applying to their program.

In between, my law firm employer constructively fired me because I was not a woman. They wanted to make an all-female transactional law department and started doing that by taking work away from me and giving it to women and then tanking my performance evaluations by saying I didn't do enough work. Female secretaries (who had been in meetings where the female attorneys planned the whole thing) told me they would testify on my behalf if I sued, but I just moved on. I couldn't afford to sue a law firm with endless resources to fight me.

I could write another dozen or so cases where I have been clearly discriminated against because I'm white, a male, straight, married, religious and/or conservative. So sick of the war on conservative straight, white men. Glad to see the Court backing the idea that "reverse discrimination" claims can be made on an equal basis with all other discrimination claims.

  4. It’s not reversed working it’s not reverse discrimination. It’s just discrimination.

Also, he talked about AT&T, not being held accountable for terrorist using their phone system stop saying terrorist say MS 13

  5. Hi Dr. Steve! (Have been a subscriber for years and have gotten my friends watching you too!) I remember when Ukraine agreed to give up it's nukes and Clinton was President :o( and involved in that. I thought then that it didn't bode well for Ukraine and they would someday sorely regret the day they left themselves weak and open to attack and now we have seen the result.
    Three lessons here:
    1. NEVER trust Slick Willie Clinton, or Democrat politicians in general, on ANYTHING.
    2. Always read the small print.
    3. See Lesson #1.
That's all for today! Very happy and surprised by the SCOTUS rulings! Yay!

  6. This means that the "Living Constitution" is dead. I was taught this concept in 8th grade by my very engaging but very liberal history teacher. At the time, I just thought she was referring to the amendment process. Little did I know that she was promoting the concept of an activist judge, inserting liberal ideas into the Constitution, while going around Congress and the amendment process, a very popular activity on the Left. These decisions increasingly mean that SCOTUS is originalist, not activist, and there will be much less judicial activism going forward!!

  7. The fact that this case even got to the Supreme Court demonstrates how insane these progressives are. They looked directly into the camera and said, “Yes. We think that it is perfectly reasonable to openly discriminate against people who don’t share our values/beliefs/sexual preferences.

  8. Robert Barnes warned us about ACB and said that KBJ would be good on civil rights.
I will still never shop at any of those 'previously' w0ke stores. They already showed me who they are.

  9. The separation between church and state isn't in the constitution. It says the state won't set up a church or tell you what religion you have to be a member of.
