  3. just started doing this one after only doing the 40 minute full body workout for a couple months. I think that this one is actually harder and I cant wait to see the toning and gains I will get after doing it more often!

  4. I started doing YouTube workouts a few years ago when I sustained an injury that no longer lets me go to the gym and lift heavy. I do mainly cardio and bodyweight stuff now . Bullyjuice is easily my favorite and this might be the best full body workout there is. Appreciate you man.
