  1. America is a crazy place. You can be arrested for 'obstructing' 'resisting' and couod be completely innocent. Sometimes it feels like First Blood Rambo police justice.

  2. I'm confused, he might be a bright guy but 200 IQ seems a bit of an overestimate. If you had a 200 IQ and you wanted to work in law enforcement, wouldn't you be more like a detective and not a beat cop? This just seems like clickbait

  3. That’s not Marijuana, I farted. Please take a wif again and tell me what strength, strain and or pack was it……. 🔑If you’re high keep your mouth shut!💊

  4. Now this is one where I'm on the woman side this cop is being a dick for no reason at all she was a little slow responding probably cuz she's high and having marijuana smoke coming out of your car isn't even an offense that he can prosecute her for

  5. I mean to be honest, weed laws are ridiculously stupid, so I get it. But meh, kinda fucking stupid that a "smell" can get a passenger arrested. There's definitely a good bit of bootlicking bureaucratic BS in these comments.

  6. Someone correct me if I’m wrong but smelling weed is not probable cause without other evidence in Florida since medical has been legalized and he doesn’t have the right to ask her to step out, provide a card, or iD. This cop committed an unlawful arrest and didn’t have the right to ask for is

  7. Oh my lord that sassiess shh ive ever seen, that cop was like “oh my lord.., is that marijuana i smell. Get out!” Litterly the worst rule “if i smell” you get tf out nigg, weird dawg we dont smell none agl
