  1. I did an arm workout without reps but timed. 3 hours none stop, light weight (22lb dumbbells and 35lb dumbbells) and proper form. My arms were so exhausted that my arms raised above my head by themselves and I couldn't bring them down for 20 minutes.

  4. What I find if I use a weight for say, 8-10 rep range on any exercise not just arms, is that I don't reach muscular failure or get any pump I just stop being able to move the weight. If I drop the weight so I can do 15-20 reps then I get more of a pump and stimulus. The heavier weight also completely wrecks my elbows unfortunately, serious joint and tendon pain.
