Thank you John Mountaindog. RIP 😢 You're missed… Thank also to the people keep this channel alive and your memory…
You'll be missed forever, RIP man❤
Great genetics. An even greater work ethic. Gained knowledge. The perfect storm. ❤
I'm using his 200 videos to build a recovery workout. I'm 52 so I've started to realize that heavy sets and low reps take a toll on joints.
So do you do a set of 25, rest for a but and go into the next exercise or do you bang them all out one after the other?
I’ve been using this for a few weeks. Am I able to adopt this for long term or is better to use it every once in awhile?
Im gonna, try this ..thanks john rip
Used to lift weights. Now lifts spirits. Thanks Mr. Meadows.
I miss John. Never knew him personally but some how miss him as if i did.
I did an arm workout without reps but timed. 3 hours none stop, light weight (22lb dumbbells and 35lb dumbbells) and proper form. My arms were so exhausted that my arms raised above my head by themselves and I couldn't bring them down for 20 minutes.
Can I do this with triceps, chest, shoulder, and back? 25 reps 4 sets
This man was awesome

Thanks for posting
❤
Everytime i watch the current guys , I think back to John…man it sucks
I’m seeing a lot of half reps, zero eccentric effort. Heck, I wouldn’t call most of these reps actual reps. Where’s the control? Where’s the mind muscle connection?
I miss John so much!
Why are people saying he’s dead. Edit: wait is this an old video that someone related to him is posting?
2×25 sets are a big part of my repertoire, especially at my age. This is great info – MountainDog is missed!
For me, he is not dead. He lives on! My PT of all time
Today is my arms day, tks Jon ❤

It's so nice that John's Legacy lives on….Thank You for continuing to post these informative/fundamental an essential videos. God Bless..
I love watching John's videos. He has such a calm, kind, pleasant personality so personable. There is so much good information that we can still learn from this wonderful man. Thank you for keeping him in our lives. Peace and love
Done 200 rep leg training this morning, love doing legs.
💪🏻👍🏻
New sub, loving the channel and the guidelines you setup for awesome workouts. Super easy to watch and follow along with your excellent demeanor and humble attitude. All around great content and advice, thank you sir.
Not a single training session goes by where the knowledge taught by John is overlooked or under appreciated. Forever and always thankful. Rest in iron John Meadows.
What I find if I use a weight for say, 8-10 rep range on any exercise not just arms, is that I don't reach muscular failure or get any pump I just stop being able to move the weight. If I drop the weight so I can do 15-20 reps then I get more of a pump and stimulus. The heavier weight also completely wrecks my elbows unfortunately, serious joint and tendon pain.
Eternal Flame aka John aka Mountain Dog..heaven must be a fit place
Really enjoying the 200 series 👌
This man is dead from this life style.
I have learned so much from this man. The best still. 😊
This would go to my next bicep routine
Don't know if it's a werid question but why are all the videos uploaded backwards?
Always watching from England🏴💪🏻
I just started watching John and i had no idea he had passed away already. Heart is broken. This work out is for you John.
My heaviest lifts are ALL the start never at the end as you go you lighten the load
Thank you very much guys and may God bless you for keeping John's memory alive. A fan from Lisbon, Portugal
