Hi! Ive been doing this workout for over an week, and im totally stocked!!! Im pretty sure im more toned and thinner, and my waist is more defined. I also did do a hourglass workout everyday tho, and i tried to walk atleast 7k steps but that didnt workout, some days were so rainy i could not go walking. But this still worked! I recommend this workout and an hourglass workout! (The workout should be max 10 min)
