  1. Hi! Ive been doing this workout for over an week, and im totally stocked!!! Im pretty sure im more toned and thinner, and my waist is more defined. I also did do a hourglass workout everyday tho, and i tried to walk atleast 7k steps but that didnt workout, some days were so rainy i could not go walking. But this still worked! I recommend this workout and an hourglass workout! (The workout should be max 10 min)

    I am doing this workout for 1 month and each week 3-4 times as my school as started and it’s quite hard to do this every morning before school. So
    Weight : 60kg
    Waist: 30inch
    Bust: 38inch
    Butt:38inch
    ~~~Week 1~~~

    Day 1 ( 3.07.24) – done killing workout ✅

  3. Day 10 – I earned my Rest Day tomorrow. Ouch!
    Day 13 – Feeling great! I did a lot better this time around than last time!
    Day 17 – I'm getting stronger! Still can't lose my belly though.
    Day 21 – Done. Check, please!
