I call bullshit on the house robbery story with guns. What kind of rich person has zero security cameras or alarms on their entire house, yet have a safe full of valuables a group of criminals know exists and has information there are valuables there? And then the dad answers in the middle of the night and willingly gives away the security code to access safe?? Wouldnt he be on the phone with the police reporting this or have his wife call from a separate room so the thieves cant hear?

They never found out what happened in the first story? Let me help out: A crazy woodland lady came to yell at them for being loud. They didn't stop being loud. No one was ever found who was yelling for help, but two lumberjacks with axes came to the house. Then when the escapees banged on the woodland lady's door asking for help, she just stood there. Nothing was stolen, even though the lumberjacks had free-range while the house was abandoned. Conclusion, the woodland lady sent some lumberjack thugs to scare the sh*t out these out-of-towners when they refused to stop acting like frat boys and waking up the whole damn forest.
How tf is it the owner and Airbnb's fault, that they can justify refunds for random events out of the owner's control is ridiculous.
