We all love and respect women, but since the Olympics 2024 most of us don´t want to see women on a boxing channel. Enough is enough. There are other places on the net, if you want to see women.

  3. Bro i did the found 2min rounds. Twice in a row and i am knackered. Very nice workout. I am 110 kg or 242 pounds. I have very little experience. I did boxing for 1.5 years, but i was a teen 15-16 years old. Now am almost 42.Respect Tony. 💯💯💯💪😎👍

  4. 3rd time doing it, all the way through without pausing it 🎉. First time I did it I had to pause the video after the warm up and after every round 😂. Second time I think I paused it twice. 3rd time straight through. GAAAAIIIINNNZZZ 💪
