Just came on here to comment on the BS clickbait thumbnail. Most people would be lucky to burn half that many calories from doing this. Exercise doesn’t burn nearly as many calories as most people think it does.

Solid workout! Anybody with an apple watch or fitbit get a more accurate calorie count? 400+ in 15 mins feels unrealistic. Either way great stuff and appreciated!
