I looked at the comments, but it seems like no one watched the end of the video. At the end, the explanation says: “They start stealing at 6 a.m. The first group takes the cars, and the second group comes to steal more. During that time, they hit the police car several times while trying to escape.
Refusal to shoot them after being rammed is the problem here. Act of violence should cause an immediate reaction. Sick of this soft policing.
