  1. I can do these decently. Infact with a 5 minute break I do 2 10 minute vidoes for chest. Then 2 days later I do cable machines and vice versa. My gains are there but very limited. Decent diet too. Genuinely not sure what I'm missing. Arms are the same. Only thing actually increasing right for me are quads and glutes.
