I am at day 3, still need to start the work out but my whole body is in PAIN. This work out is serious guys! But I feel better and healthier! Also don’t forget to drink enough water, not too much ok? Ok

Ok so last year I did the 14 day shred challenge and the results were amazing but after that I just gave up! I had some health issue come up and was took out of work for a few months and I’ve gained like 15mins and I’m so insecure because I have a little belly I’ve never had before! Y’all pray for me because I need this gone by July 1st for vacation 😩🙏🏽
