  2. I'm gonna be doing this for 2 weeks n see if it works to loose belly fat..(i'm also doing the 2 week shred workout in the morning)
    Day 1*
    Waist -29
    Hips – 34

    Day 2 it was the same-(idk why)

    Day 3 –
    Waist – 28
    Hips – 33 (it kinda worked)

  5. Ok so last year I did the 14 day shred challenge and the results were amazing but after that I just gave up! I had some health issue come up and was took out of work for a few months and I’ve gained like 15mins and I’m so insecure because I have a little belly I’ve never had before! Y’all pray for me because I need this gone by July 1st for vacation 😩🙏🏽
