  1. I remember just turning out 15 I felt like shit 5'8 58kg skinny kid with no ambitions
one my friends however forced me to sign up in MMA (sambo) classes
they had bodybuilding plans there + calisthenics
just because of the class alone I felt more motivated
I got more organized my body was getting better and I got taller and more confident I felt really energized all the time
the classes were slowly effecting my over all health and life

    now I'm 16 63kg 5'10 and more confident with a good body and a fighter's spirit

  2. I have been doing Muay Thai for a while now. Until one day i got robbed with a knife by 2 guys. They took my phone and jacket and i was at an all time low. Until my dad told me to do boxing ontop of Muay Thai. I listened to his advice and now i do both martial arts. This really improved my mental health, my skill and i finally found what i love in life.

  3. What about rest days because muscles need recovery time right, ain't working out the same muscle group everyday without a rest period dangerous?
Will 2 days on & 2 days off build muscle?

  4. My current state: 13 y.o. (M)
I know I might sound a bit too young but I personally think it's never too young to be opening up about this stuff. Just getting straight to the point: I'm extremely scrawny, to the point where I can barely complete one push up. Majority of my male classmates have a good amount of muscle for their age, making me literally the skinniest in my class. Just the sheer number of times I've been discouraged or went through trauma hits hard for me. I currently have no motivation to better myself as every time I look in the mirror or feel good about myself, I always need to be self-reminded that it's impossible for me to change, with that brings insane levels of fatigue for me, and even if there is a way I have basically no self-esteem left. I desperately need to find motivation which is why I'm making this comment. I just need some tips to gain motivation to better my physique and a good workout for my level of strength. I hope it doesn't sound like I'm complaining about myself (even though I hate my current physique), nor does it sound like I'm asking for much. Just wanna better myself from early on.

  5. I think there is another essential thing: diet
Control what you eat and the amount of food you eat per day
If you eat poorly you will not gain muscles or enough energy to build them
