day 1: not sore after work out, since it's day 1 nothing has changed. I'm also trying to not eat more carbs.
day 2: just did this, I felt the same on day 1
day 3: I can feel the burn I just wasn't doing it right from day 1 to 2

Day 1. ✅ it was a nice burn!
Day 2.✅ Just like day 1
Day 3. ✅ Burned a lot!!!
Day 4.✅ burned less than day 3
Day 5.✅ was super easy to do the workout today but still haven't seen any prominent changes but I won't give up!
Day 7.✅ kinda hard because I was very tired but did it
Day 8. ✅ was pretty cool today and felt like the workout finished very fast tho I think my butt is slightly plump but not sure!
Day 9.✅ It was nice and easy!

i love how she has two types of workouts, for those who have resistance bands and for those who don't.
I'm doing the exercises correctly, but I don't feel burning? Is it because I'm used to practising?
