  1. This is the last video on the last day of the 2-week shred challenge 2021. I am so proud of myself for finishing this challenge although I do mostly the low impact because I have scoliosis. Thank you, Chloe for this free program.

  4. I did that's workout two months ago I felt buuurnnn especially in the last minute when u don't have break I was taking break in the middle my arms was died 😂😂
    But now I didn't feel that tired I manage to finish it until the last minute ❤
