  1. Doing chloe's challenge ( *for the first time ever* ) "when my exams coming up" 😢 (i just wanted to tell you guys that there's no monster thats gonna eat me after day 2..😅so I'll try to stay tuned) 🙂
    Start measurements : thigh (upper):26 inches
    Lower thighs: 20 inches
    Calves: 14 Inches
    Starts :
    Day 1: ☑️✔️LITTERLY dying 😭😭 BURNT TO THE PLACES I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW I had!! completed!!

  2. For the bent knee circles and knee floor touch, those are the only two where I don’t feel in my inner thighs. I feel them on my outer hips which I do not want to develop. I want more slim and narrow hips. But, the others I can feel in my inner thighs besides those two. Am I doing those two exercises wrong?

    Day 24 is done ✅ Did this twice but it was EASY!

  4. И так,я тоже решила попробовать делать эту тренировку на протяжении 2 недель

    Я сделала вчера,мне очень понравилась эта тренировка
    2 день:ноги горят,сделала один подход и они стали гореть еще сильнее,чувствую легкость в ногах.
    3 день:ноги стали как будто сильнее,изменений не вижу пока
    4 день:✅это было легко,завтра наверное буду делать другую тренировку

    DAY 1:- A little hard but not really..feeling good after completing
    DAY 2:-Feeling a vibration in legs 😂 but nice and a lil pain in inner thighs…lets trust the process😅

  6. I'll do thia from today (02/08/2024) to (10/09/2024)

    (I'm doing a dance workout, a waist one, an abs one and this is going to be the fourth for inner thighs e thigh gap. in winter i swim twice a week and in summer I swim 2 or 3 times a week)
