  1. Tip: Squeeze your abs, lift your knees higher than you want to and exaggerate your arm movements with this one.
    I tracked this workout using 2 bands: Amazfit 5 and Xiaomi Mi5

    Amazfit 5: 4,34 km, 6201 steps, 291 calorie burn

    Xiaomi Mi Band 5: 6 km, 5970 steps, 304 calorie burn

    NOTE: The only breaks I take during my workouts are between rounds. Feel free to prolong your breaks for up to 1 minute to increase your burning time. Hope you get a higher calorie burn than mine!

  2. I really really love your workouts, but you got to fix music selection and be actually on beat with it which in most cases you are not. Beat and rhythm are important in exercise. ❤❤❤

    I got around 5,800 steps.

    I’m 5’4. I weigh around 178lbs
    I burned 412 calories
    With an average bpm of 130
    And a max bpm of 152.

    P.s. I don’t do a lot of cardio so if someone does cardio for their main workout, your heart rate may be slower than mine. All heart rates will be different for this workout. But I’m just giving you mine.
