  1. Set my Apple Watch to mixed cardio. Total time 49 minutes. Active calories 353 cal total calories 453. My heart rate was 105-140. I’m 48 and from March 18 I’ve lost 46 pounds doing these workouts!!! I love that I can do these at home!!!
