My average heart rate was 121bpm and the highest was 152bpm, which for me was zone 4 and in total my active calories was 444, which was much higher than I expected. Thank you very much.

  4. Fajne ćwiczenia, ale jeżeli ćwiczy się do muzyki to podstawa dobranie jej do ćwiczeń. Mam dobry słuch muzyczny i denerwuje mnie troche to nie do rytmu. Areszta ok.
