  2. Great workout. I thought I wouldn't like the breaks, but honestly, it was nice to get some water and focus back. My average heart rate was 121bpm and the highest was 152bpm, which for me was zone 4 and in total my active calories was 444, which was much higher than I expected. Thank you very much.
