  1. Thank you so much. You have been such a huge help in my journey to reclaim my health. I made a vow to lose 30 lbs on or before my 50th birthday in October. In the process, I not only lost weight but am able to help improve my health. Having multiple autoimmune diseases that affected my lungs made it hard to walk much work out. Breathing was a struggle. However, you made it easy and possible. I started barely being able to do 7000 steps to 15000 every day. I make it a point to work with you for an 1.5 to 2 hrs 6 days a week. I’m still working towards the 30 lbs but, I went from a size 8 to a size 4 to 2. In fact a 4 is loose. From a medium to an XS. I’ll be with you for a long time.
