  1. Hi. Your workouts are simple and easy to follow for people over 40. Acrually, it seems pretty easy but when you're in level 3, you srart to sweat and legs are getting tired. But I guess with keeping the counts longer and constantly working it'll help build endurance. Been following all your workouts for the past year but last month I've been doing it religiously and find that it helps me sleep better! Thanks ā¤
