    I completed this workout on Tuesday…..I forgot I deleted the comment lol.

    I needed to say that this was perfectly enjoyable. I sweat a lot yet eas never fully out if breath and I felt great afterwards. I think the LISS agrees well with my body.

  4. Workout #1: Always appreciate the walking workouts… Not too intense but a giid pace… According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned calories 415vand completed 4,120 steps… During this,workout I consumed 480oz of water… I am going to do the new workout posted today next…
