  2. Yay! 2nd one today. I love all the walking workouts I've done so far. If you ask me, yours are the best walking workouts on YouTube. Some are just too serious, some are too aggressive, and some boring. You got it just right. Walking between each new move is great. If I'm energetic I can jog. If I'm tired I can use the walking as a resting/moving slow down between harder work.
    I want to thank you. You are helping me get back in shape and it feels great! 🥰
