  1. Please don't feel intimidated by this running workout. It's only 30 minutes, and you just need to do your best! Switch to turbo walking, regular walking, or side steps whenever this workout gets too intense!

I ran many miles over 32 years on an arthritic left knee and had to stop in 2012 due to the knee locking I then went on to static workouts like insanity and max 30 last year I was was fitted with a partial knee replacement also in 2020 started pushing weights now as a 62 year old man I have to take more rest days after weight workouts and do running drills to recover and rest every fifth day. Best thing I ever did was to stop using alcohol/tobacco/sweets, this is a great channel, much respect to you from UK.
