I wish you would have included a cool down on this video. I'm always searching for one afterwards. I know I could just do the videos with cool downs but I do one a day during the week for variety and start this one on Monday as it's at the top of my list. Otherwise, thank you, it's a great video with great moves. I started with you about a year ago and about 8 months ago started doing the weight ones. Just recently acquired 5 pounders. And I do like that you use such a small space to work as that is just the space I have in my office.

Workout #1: Perfect balanced strength training routine… I did do this before and this time I burned more calories according to my watch… I used 8Lb and 10Lb dumbbells and juat for the last move I used a 12Lb set… According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 171 calories… That's alot in 20min 😒… I consumed 24oz of water so far… Next I am going to do the new workout posted today… That is after I get my mama together ❤️
