  1. I really appreciate James showing us the beginner non-jumping version! I've subscribed to your channel for over a year in support of Allblanc. However, I rarely do the shorter workouts because I can't currently accommodate them. I live in a small space with noisy floors and my fitness level needs to be built back up, which means that I can't keep up.

  4. You call it "beginner", I call it "apartment-friendly" haha

    I have only one feedback about the video editing.. I really like the preview of the next move at the bottom corner of the video, but the faded edges and opacity make it hard to see.
    I prefered the slim frame and solid opacity.
    Thanks for your videos alway ! I haven't lost weight on the scale but I have been told that my body is more lean since lockdown, thanks to following your exercises.

  5. Great workout!
    I really like the idea of having different levels of the same exercise – that way if you get out of breath you can do the same thing but maybe another level. I wish you had that for the whole vlog! Three people doing the same thing but at different speeds/levels.

  6. Oh I love this showing an alternative. I started watching you guys when I turned 72 and would always substitute for a few things, especially since I'm in an apartment and don't want to disturb neighbors and, frankly, I'm older, some of the things are a little tough. In those instances I would substitute my own exercises. This is just lovely, not only for us older folk but for people with difficulties, pregnant ladies, people recovering from surgery, etc. A thousand blessings! Thank you so much.

  7. This is a good workout for everyone who’s a beginner they can work there way up to advance . Good idea 👍 also love the setting very colorful and music 🎶 is good.

I'm looking forward for the March challenge, still not yet completed with the February challenge, but I definitely can say that my body has improved since I started to workout with Allblanc. You rock it 💪
