  1. I'm 60 years old fell at work broke the ball off in my hip spiral fractured my femur broke my L4 in my back. This is day one 4 months after my accident. I can do quite a few of these without pain. Looking to gain my strength back.

  3. B 67 soon 3 decades now .i do bb back squats off the rack..5 sets 50 ..50oct hdy wght ..(145)..in 2022 did 173 x over 41k reps ..up body every 3,4 days..squat jus b4 full knee bend .constant motion cardio squats..runnin? Naw.. gets 1, 2 quit .boring ..got abs 2spare etc .

  4. Love it, I'm 59 yld and I injured both my knees doing deadlifts to near failure in the gym, today I'm only jogging for 30 minutes once a week for legs. I'm giving this workout a try for sure.

  5. Thanks for sharing. This is the common sense type of conditionong program that people are far more likely to be successful with. I can't wait to give it a try! One can always advance to bigger things. I am 65 and have no problem with deep-knee bends, Russian twists, push-ups, reverse rows , side-to-side lunges etc. I have to modify, sometimes, if I have missed for a while which is easy all I have to do is don't go all the way down with a rep at first but let my body gradually get limbered up with time.

  6. I workout in the woods. Cutting, split, haul, load, unload, split, haul, stack, haul inside, stack and burn. Get loads of outdoor time and a great workout.

  7. Im 66 5.8 140 doin bb bavk squats off rack sonce 1995….5 sets 50 reps 40pct bdywght. Just below breakn plain.2022 did 173 wkouts over 41k squats..hav abs 2 spare fullup bdy every 3..4.days..simple..2mamt this that twisy run jump gets peoplec2 quit .

  8. This is either created by someone not 50 or someone which is in shape in their 50's. The beginner or someone with not so good movement will struggle with it.
    It's not about just out of shape, it's the sore joints, unable to move like you did.
    If you are strong enough this will be good and have been moving for a while. Just my opinion being almost 60. I have been training for around 35 years, sore joints and all.
    Good routine, just not for beginners or people with sorer than normal joints

  9. I do this everyday am 55 and swim for an hour ..I feel 21 and do the things I loved doing when I was younger.. brilliant lifestyle I look forward to each day
