I kept up with you on the first round. second and third rounds I was at the beginning of the rounds while you were half way through or further. I finished out my third round even though the ten minutes were up. Great sweat. my low jacks were more like jumping jacks but I kept trying to go as low as I could. See you tomorrow! Hello! Firstly I love your videos and your spirit towards life and excercise is so positive! I followed you a few years back on bodyrock and after a few years stopped because i found the direction bodyrock went in didn't suit me.. anyway i'm so happy to find that your doing videos yourself now! Well done! I really want to get back into serious fitness, I do struggle however with the exercises that require strength in the wrists i.e planks, side planks, burpees etc. I find my wrists are very sore from doing them so i try to exchange it for elbow planks when I can. In the past i've just stopped doing them because it is too straining on my wrists.. Is this something that should get better with using them more but by building them up slowly? Or is this not something i should be experiencing? Thanks!
hi zuzka,i have a question. I really want to lose weight should i just run everyday to lose weight or should i incorporate your workouts as well? what is best. i don't want to look bigger just thinner and toned. please let me know.
I want my arms to look defined and sculpted like yours Zuzka Light. No matter how much effort i put into my workouts to achieve arms with well defined shaped round shoulders, biceps and triceps through bodyweighted or with weights, they are not changin shape. Do you heavy weights? Do particular workouts just for arms? Or is it through from doing your short workouts? please reply.x
