Day 3 of 100+ Zuzka Challenge – Felt like an easier routine today. Always feel uncomfortable with the Supermen. Never did skaters before today – quite liked them. Completed in 15:14.
That was a great one, Zuzka!! 15.09 but i didn't use weights as my chair is quite high and i wanted prober form. Looking forward to number 4 tomorrow ;-))

I used weighted on all one legged squats (Bulgarian squats) 15lbs/15lbs. Should have used on jump squats too bummer forgot 😛 my time is 16:32 can be improved :]
Did this in 15:24 today…I think I can beat that by a lot next week. I was tired today and just wasn't feeling it.
Holy smokes. I've done this one a few times and my best time was 14:45. Tonight I pulled 15:57, but the room was incredibly hot!

one of my favourites. i find the pyramid structure reassuring – you might feel like you can't possibly go on once you're at the top, but then it's all downhill, and you land at the other side in a pool of sweat

hello! i m new to this but i love it, it s great! do i have to do this every day or 3 – 4 times a week?
I changed the pushups to Competition burpees and loved the workout. I also added Jump lunges and the workout felt great.
It was my first ZWOW workout ever! 9:41 🙂

I did this workout in 10:02 I loved it. I need a little more intensity so I will try it again with more reps with the pyramid
Wonderful clip. Youtube is great for this form of thing.My cousin was previously bullied. He said he was intending to get bigger. I did not believe him. Til out of thin air he added 40 pounds of genuine muscle mass. He tried the Muscle Building Bible – Google it. No person dares to bully him anymore.

I started at ZWOW 1 and justcompleted this workout on Saturday. Every single day since then I have been completely sore (whole body) and it feels wonderful! I have changed my diet thanks to Z and her motivating words and plan to keep on this track. In past, have tried gym memberships etc. and nothing worked…never seemed to have motivation. Z has definately given me the push and her workouts continue to be fun and I look forward to them every day or every other! THANKS ZUZKA! 😀
do this for a year -> 365 times 20 mins = 121hours 40min of workout
Since my back has been out I have still been able to do the gym on most days, but just not doing my legs justice since I can't put a bar on my shoulders. Thought I would try this at home and it was a nice change.
