    Well took a break for three weeks… Now back on track
    Couldn't do the single leg raised lunge with weights and still couldn't do the normal push-up. I didn't know the exercise contains 5 sets and i was feeling good after finishing the 3rd set… the last two sets were extremely difficult but now it's over I am happy that I pushed through.

  2. You know the faster, one skip jump ropes are easier on your joints than the slower, double skip jump rope!!! I just thought you might want to know!!! Since you turned me back onto jump roping!!! Oh, and I made my own rope with some 1/4 inch cord!!! 💪!!!
